Ingredients

Yeast-free puff pastry 500g.
Pork fillet 500g.
Cheese 100g.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Fresh champignons 200g.
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 100g.
Salt, pepper and spices taste.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the pork into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add spices, fry on a slice. oil until cooked 20 min.
  • 2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in a separate pan.
  • 3. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 10 seconds. and peel them off. Remove seeds and cut into cubes.
  • 4. Grate the cheese. Combine meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and mix gently.
  • 5. Defrost the dough and roll out on a floured surface so that you get 8 circles with a tea spoon.
  • 6. Place 4 circles of dough on a greased baking sheet, spread the filling, brush the edges with beaten egg, close with the remaining circles of dough and press the edges with a fork.
  • 7. Place the pan with panamas in the preheated oven (180g) and bake for 20 minutes.
