Stuffed pepper in marinade

Ingredients

yellow pepper, small 4 kg
fresh tomatoes 3 Kg
garlic 1 head
fresh parsley the more, the tastier
water 1.5 l
salt 2-2.5 st. l
sugar 200 gr.
vinegar 9% 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Peel the stalks and seeds from the pepper, blanch in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces, fold into a bowl and add with chopped parsley and minced garlic(I grated on a medium grater)
  • Prepare the marinade:
  • Take cold water (boiled, but cooled)
  • Add to water: salt(I took 2 tbsp. l.) , sugar (I took 150 gr.-200gr. too sweet for me), vinegar (I gave 80-90 ml.)
  • Fill the pepper with the tomato mass, put in liter jars, pour the marinade and put to sterilize for 20 minutes.(I sterilized for 30 min.) ... Roll up the lids and wrap up to cool.

Note

in blue the amount that I gave, there is too much vinegar for me as given in the recipe (I made it according to the recipe and the pepper was too vinegar). very tasty pepper turns out.
