Ingredients

Pork 500g
Onion 1 PC
Flour 3st. l.
Eggs 4 things.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Sweet bell pepper (large) 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste.
Muffin cups 12 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Turn the meat and onions through a meat grinder 2 times, drive 1 egg into the minced meat, add flour, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  • Form meatballs from the minced meat, dip them in boiling water and boil until they float.
  • Take the meatballs out of the water with a slotted spoon and place them one at a time in the cupcake tins (I have a silicone mold).
  • Add diced bell peppers to each well.
  • Magic meatballs
  • Beat the remaining 3 eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper and pour the meatballs with pepper into the resulting mass.

  • Place the molds in the oven and bake at 200g for 20 minutes.
  • It turned out very, very tasty !!!

No, girls, I do not advise categorically preparing this beauty in paper forms. Then do not peel off the limp paper for anything in the world. I had such a sad experience. I made puff pastry tartlets with fish and similar filling, so the paper molds became sour.

I also had this question and I decided not to boil, but immediately put everything in the oven. The minced meat juice was boiling and slightly broke the middle of the flower.
Very tasty, and next time I will still follow the recipe and boil it before baking.
