Ingredients

Chicken breast (fillet) 1 kg
Eggs 5 pieces
Onion 4 things
flour 5-6 st. l
White bread 6 slices
Cream 1/3 cup
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomatoes 3 pcs.
Salt, pepper and herbs taste

Cooking method

  • I did everything by sight.
  • Pass the fillet through a meat grinder along with white bread soaked in milk and butter. Drive 2 eggs into the mass, add 1/3 cup cream (you can do less, the minced meat should not be too liquid), salt and pepper. Mix everything. From the minced meat, make thin flat cakes the size of a palm and breaded in flour, then dip them into beaten eggs. And fry them in butter on both sides until golden brown.
  • Dice the onion and pass the garlic through the garlic. Fry the onions until golden brown and add garlic at the end, stir.
  • On one ready-made pancake, put a thin layer of fried onions with garlic, cover with the second pancake. Spread the second pancake on top with light mayonnaise and ketchup. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place several slices on each pyramid of two pancakes.
