Cooking method

  • Cut the sausages lengthwise into thin slices. Cut narrow strips from cheese slices, slightly shorter than sausages. Put strips of cheese on top of sausage plates, roll them into rolls and pierce with toothpicks.

Prepared in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18LTW. I understand that it would have been tastier and more fried in the oven, but it turned out well here too. She put about 15-20 g of butter, pressed the saucepan with her hand to the heating element and put it on the Baking. As soon as the butter was half melted (about 2 minutes passed), I turned off the program and began to spread the "snails" (I spent 5 sausages). I did not take a photo, because the cheese was hard and old, it did not fold well. After laying in the center of each snail, I shoved a piece of garlic, measuring 5x5x15mm, and covered it with a piece of cheese. Put it back on Baking. After 2 minutes, the inside hissed, after 9 minutes from the start of the program, the cheese melted, I dropped the baking program and put it on Heating for another 5 minutes, so that the largest pieces melt (the cheese is old). Turned off, carefully took out the "snails" to cool on a plate.
Bottom line: The garlic has softened and lost its anger, adding its own flavor to the flavor. The sausages turned out to be boiled on a "cheese stand", the bottom of which was pleasantly browned. There was too much oil ...additional liquid leaked from the cheese and sausages, due to which the extreme "snails", being at the concave part of the bottom, absorbed excess liquid. Next time I will make the same dish, but in a deep frying pan with a lid, the bottom cheese will turn out to be porous and crispy. Sprinkle with herbs ... then you can't pull it off by the ears!
