Ingredients

Pork ribs 1 kg
Marinade:
Soy sauce 70-100 ml
Adjika 1h l.
Pepper, salt to taste
Marjoram 0.5 tsp
Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • In this marinade we marinate the ribs for at least 2-3 hours, I have at least a day.
  • We heat the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, we put the ribs, it is better to divide them into two tabs, I put no more than 4-5 ribs, but they are quite large, even very large.
  • We set the time to 180 degrees, time 20-22 minutes.
  • The meat was checked for readiness with a temperature probe.
