Yogurt muffins

Ingredients

Natural yoghurt 250 g
Butter 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 170-200 g
Vanilla sugar 1/2 sachet (4 g)
Wheat flour 300 g
Soda 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Raisins 100 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar for 3 minutes.
  • While continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time. Beat each egg for at least 1 minute.
  • Then add natural yoghurt without additives. Beat.
  • Add flour mixed with salt and baking soda.Beat again for no longer than 30 seconds (or stir with a spoon). Just to get a smooth dough. The dough is thick, oily and very tender.
  • Grease the molds (if not silicone) with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the molds, filling in 1/2 (ideally) or 1/3 (I was limited to silicone molds, so I put in a lot).
  • Bake preheated to 200aboutFrom the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Bottom line: a huge cake in a dia. 26 cm + 9 standard muffins + 1 just a huge muffin (the family is provided with sweets for a week)
All this stuff turned out to be super tasty and amazingly beautiful !!!
