Ingredients

large fish (I have dorada) 1400 gr.
colored peppercorns (white, pink, green, black) 1.5 tbsp. l.
coriander 1 tbsp. l.
peasant salad:
Cherry tomatoes 150 gr.
cucumbers 150 gr.
lettuce leaves 150 gr.
some green onions (finely chopped)
parsley, celery
Feta cheese cut into cubes 100 g
for the sauce:
boiled egg 1
garlic (pass through a press) 1 clove
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
small lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
wine vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
salt pepper
potato salad:
boil medium-sized potatoes in their uniforms 6-7 pcs.
green onions, finely chopped 3 tbsp. l.
capers (olives, pitted olives) 2 tbsp. l.
for the sauce:
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
lemon juice 4 tbsp. l.
hot mustard 1 tsp
salt, pepper, a little oregano

Cooking method

  • wash the cleaned fish and wipe it dry, salt inside and outside, place in a closed container and leave for 1 hour.
  • fry pepper and coriander in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes.
  • make two cuts across the carcass on both sides and sprinkle pepper and coriander in them.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil with the shiny side up, put a roasting rack on it, on which to place the fish.
  • bake on the grill mode until golden brown and cooked.
  • peasant salad:
  • prepare the sauce - mix the grated egg with butter, garlic, lemon and vinegar, add salt and pepper.
  • let the sauce steep a little.
  • chop all vegetables and season with sauce just before serving. sprinkle with cubes of feta cheese on top.
  • potato salad:
  • sauce - put all the ingredients in a shaker (jar with a lid) and shake well.
  • Pour the sauce over the sliced ​​potatoes and place for 20 minutes. in the refrigerator.
  • sprinkle with onions and capers before serving.
  • PS Dorada is a rather fatty fish, so you should not grease it with oil, if you bake less fatty fish, it is better to place it in foil, and only then open it so that the fish is browned.
