Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients

Butter 200 g
Flour 2 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Cottage cheese 500 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
vanilla sugar 2 sachets
baking powder 1 tsp
Raisins optional

Cooking method

  • Today I once again made my own casserole and now I decided to share the recipe with you. I don't know, maybe someone has already given such a recipe on the forum, then let the moderators remove mine.
  • We take butter, flour and 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar and 0.5 tsp. baking powder and grind into crumbs. This is a prescription. (I just knead it with my hands into a piece of dough, and then rub it on a coarse grater into a mold.)
  • We take other dishes. Cottage cheese, eggs, 0.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar and 0.5 tsp. baking powder, raisins - stir it all well. I usually do this with a mixer, but with dough attachments.
  • Lubricate the form with oil. The shape is small (24 cm in diameter). On the bottom of the mold, I rub the floor of my dough norm on a grater. If you've made a crumb, then add half of the crumb. Then pour out the curd mass. Fill on top with the remaining crumb. And into the oven.
  • The top of the casserole should not be dark. Slightly golden. See that the edges of the dough begin to lag behind the mold. Then she is ready. Casserole for those who love shortcrust pastry with cottage cheese.

Thank you so much! I'm still doing it with an apple. Then first 3/4 of the crumbs, then I cut the apple, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, cottage cheese on top and pour the rest of the crumbs. Everyone really likes it.

Very tasty five minutes before being ready to pour chocolate fudge: 2 tbsp each. tablespoons of sugar, cocoa and sour cream.

Yes, the recipes are similar. Only yours for the multicooker. I don't have a multicooker. I make this casserole, pie, cheesecake ... in a regular oven.
