Ingredients

pike perch fillet 1.5KG
juice of half a pomegranate
eggs 1-2 pcs
hammer walnuts 100-150 g
salt, white pepper
olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the fish fillet into portioned pieces, add fresh pomegranate juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  • 2. Salt and pepper the marinated pieces. Dip the pieces of fish in lightly beaten eggs, then breaded in nut crumbs and fry in a pan until tender.
