Girls understand that on our forum the question sounds almost blasphemous, but I want to try to do it. I think that at least once, but everyone visited the fast-woods - the question is - they make butter for croutons with dill and garlic in a crumb of potatoes - what do you think, if you dry up the garlic and dill and add oil, that's what you need? I did it with just chopped fresh garlic, I didn't like it, I want to achieve a positive result. I do not know if I wrote it clearly, if anyone has an answer, please share!

Girls' experiment on making aromatic oil is going well. I dried the garlic in dryers, added dry dill and poured it with vegetable oil, it stood for half a day - the garlic aroma has already appeared. I'll look further.

pljshik That's lovely! After all, they sell bottles of olive oil with mushrooms, garlic, pepper, etc. ... I bought oil with a floating mushroom and a mushroom aroma. Probably, you can do it too?

Although I don’t eat yutan in the evening, especially bread, I couldn’t resist here - I fried a toast and smeared it with butter with garlic and dill, which I can say is very tasty! I am pleased with the result, I think that if I still stand it will be even better.

So a different scent came out with a withered one? Does it look like origanal?

Aunt Besya just with dried garlic and the aroma and taste as I wanted (the same as in a crumb of potatoes). When there was no dryer purchased dry in the store, the oil had no aroma at all. Then I did it with live, so the butter froth, I think so from the juice of the garlic, but with dried it just right. This morning my husband saw the jar, smelled and appreciated it, said it was not in vain that the dryer was purchased!

Ople there this butter is served with croutons and cheese salad. Especially delicious with 8 cereal bread. My son doesn’t eat garlic live at all, but with this oil he crushed 4 large croutons and said we still need to make it. I like to fry pumpkin seed breads in a dry frying pan and grease them with this butter on top - delicious!

pljshik !!! Thanks for the idea! I'll go, too, put the garlic to dry for torturing the butter !!

Now I also put the garlic (dried) and the dill is drying, my son ordered it for his girlfriend. So he wrote on the phone that I was salivating myself.

Can you tell us more about how you dry the garlic? cut it into slices? Or maybe through a garlic press?
