Dough for dumplings and dumplings (bread maker)

Ingredients

Egg 1 PC
Whey (or milk with water)
Salt pinch
Flour 3 dimensional glass
Soda at your look

Cooking method

  • I love dumplings, but for some reason I couldn't get along with the dough for them. My grandmother was always amazed - why are you making yeast dough well, just wonderful, but with dumplings .... It was easier for me to fry the buttermilk for 2 liters of milk than to knead the dough for dumplings. But then SHE appeared - my Mulechka-bread maker and I immediately fell in love with dumplings! Try it yourself - maybe someone will like it. If there is such a recipe somewhere - excuse me and do not throw too much slippers.
  • Break the egg into a measuring cup (do not beat it!) And add liquid - I usually use whey or a mixture of milk and water, or sour milk, add salt and pour it into a bread maker. We send flour there - and that's it, "Dough" mode.
  • The consistency of the dough, of course, needs to be monitored, but the dough turns out simply So now I'm with dumplings, which is what I wish for you
  • By the way, lovers of lush dumpling dough may well add a pinch of soda

Note

By the way, any flour can be used. Not so long ago I read that very tasty dumplings made from rye flour, I tried rye - it turned out well, but I did not notice a particularly refined taste - the dough is like dough, only darkish. Recently I tried a mixture of corn and wheat (proportions of 1 tbsp of corn + 2 tbsp of wheat), too, nothing happened - yellowish, appetizing, you need to cook longer

Good evening! I have a question about a measuring cup, you mean which is attached to the mule?

No, the most ordinary glass. Although it is quite possible to use a measuring one from a bread machine. I usually focus on the amount of dough I need - and then I take a larger or smaller cup. I add the egg all early.

I took your recipe as a basis and added 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and highly carbonated water.
The dough came out great, does not stick to the hands or the table.

Irinawhat a gorgeous dough! Current to me on "you", please! Now I sometimes add oil myself, but I haven't even heard of mineral water, I used it to make lean leaflets .... Thank you for improving the recipe!

Tatyana, the composition of the dough: 3 glasses of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, I drive an egg into a glass and add highly carbonated water to it, put it on kneading. The dough is gorgeous, does not stick either to the table or to the hands, soft and tasty.

Well - you can safely trust the representative of the varenichnaya-dumb town !!!!!

Girls. The first time I will make a dough, tell me: how much mineral water do I need? And another question: bread makers are of different sizes - it doesn't matter how many ingredients do they change?

svetachka,
You will not bake this dough in HP, but only knead - so the difference between the HPs themselves, and their different volumes are completely irrelevant here))
