CREAM:
cottage cheese 200 g
cream 200 g
sour cream 200 g
sugar 1 stack (250 ml)

Cooking method

  • BISCUIT:
  • Mix the yolks + sugar + juice + zest + vegetable oil with a mixer.
  • Whisk the whites + sugar until stable peaks.
  • Then carefully mix the whites into the yolk mass and add flour. Add baking powder no less carefully to the flour.
  • The norm of products is given for the form 24 cm
  • Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
  • The biscuit is 7 cm high.
  • Very rich taste.
  • CREAM:
  • Grind sugar with butter until white, continuing to grind add cottage cheese, sour cream and whipped cream.
  • The density of the mass depends on the curd and cream. The better the products, the denser the mass will be.
  • ASSEMBLING THE CAKE:
  • Cut the biscuit into three layers. Smear with cream, laying with fruits (peaches, kiwi, cherries,)
  • The biscuit is quite tender, but if someone loves it even more tenderly, you can soak the layers of the biscuit with syrup from peach compote.
