Raspberry soufflé

Category: Confectionery

Ingredients

gelatin 1 tbsp. l.
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 4 tbsp. l.
raspberry 300gr

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin 5 tbsp. l. water, warm up after swelling.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a strong foam with 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Beat the yolks with 2 tbsp. l. sugar, add raspberries, gelatin and beat again until completely mixed. Gently add proteins to the finished mass and mix well (I did this with a mixer at first speed). The soufflé is ready, you can sandwich a cake with it or put it in bowls and serve as a dessert. Soufflé is very tender and tasty, children especially love it.

Note

Unfortunately there is no photo, as it will appear I will definitely insert it into the recipe

LenochkaThank you very much for the recipe! I can imagine what flavor this soufflé has. The smell of summer, in a word!

What raspberries do we add? Kisses, rubbed with sugar, boiled, etc.?

Of course, it is ideal to use fresh raspberries sprinkled with sugar. I used frozen raspberries, I also covered it with sugar for several hours. The resulting juice soaked the cakes, and the raspberry itself in the soufflé.

Can you tell me how stable it is. For example, how long can a cake with it stand without a refrigerator?

Customers told me that after cutting on the table, after a while it began to lose its shape. I think if you add more gelatin, everything will be fine.
