Souffle mushrooms.

Ingredients

proteins 6 pcs
granulated sugar 2 glasses
agar 3-4 tsp
water 16-20h l
lemon to-that 1/2 tsp
Danone curd 2 pack.
chocolate glaze (dark, white) 200gr
coconut flakes a little bit

Cooking method

  • Souffle mushrooms.
  • Put in the refrigerator to cool well. We take them out of the form and put them in two halves together. They stick together very well and keep their shape.
  • Souffle mushrooms.
  • Then put it back in the refrigerator. At this time, we melt the chocolate icing. We dip the mushrooms with caps in the chocolate icing. Shake off slightly and let the chocolate harden.
  • Souffle mushrooms.
  • Tint some of the chocolate glaze green (you can leave the glaze white). Lubricate the leg a little and dip it in green coconut flakes. The fungi are ready.
  • Souffle mushrooms.

I can't say exactly how many fungi I get, since I used part of the soufflé for the cake.
My molds are taken from handmade chocolates, which are produced in Cheboksary. But there are probably other more convenient forms.
