Cheesecake Alinka

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 250 g
Sugar 100 g
Soft margarine
(not melted!)
100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Slaked soda 1/2 tsp
Vanillin taste
Cinnamon 1 | 3 tsp
Cognac, brandy 1 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Egg 3 pcs.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Cottage cheese 750 g
Semolina 5 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
Apples 2 large

Cooking method

  • Pour sifted flour, sugar, vanillin into a bowl, scatter the butter into pieces. Chop until crumb with a fork. Introduce loose egg. Mix a little. Add cognac, if desired, stir a little. Add the quenched baking soda to a tablespoon of vinegar. Stir and quickly knead the dough.
  • Roll out the dough in a layer 0.7 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet with high sides, which must be covered with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 gr.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Separate one yolk. Beat the rest of the eggs with sugar until the volume of the egg mass triples. Mix cottage cheese (grated through a sieve or purchased pasty) with semolina, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Place beaten eggs, stir gently. Peel and core the apples, cut into thin slices.
  • On the floor, lay out a baked layer of sand base with half of the curd filling, then lay out a layer of apples, on which we spread the remaining curd.
  • Beat the yolk with a spoonful of milk. Lubricate the cheesecake with this mixture.
  • My comments: I did not use cognac and cinnamon in the dough. Instead of brandy, I added a spoonful of water.

I tried to bake this cheesecake in the DEX-50 multicooker.
For this, the dose was halved. Everything turned out great.

She baked pastries on the program +20 minutes on the heating. Although after the end of the program, the stick was dry, so it was heated for safety reasons. I thought it would be bad to take out, put strips of baking paper, took out perfectly. I think it is possible without paper.
The only thing that I didn't really like about the finished product was that the apples were not very baked, although I cut them thinly. Probably, for multi, it's better not to lay them
