Cinnabon buns

Ingredients

Milk 200ml
dry yeast 1pack-10gr
eggs 2 pcs
softened margarine 1 / 3pach
sugar 100gr
flour 600-700gr
salt 1h l.
For the filling: margarine (butter) 1 / 4pach
brown sugar 200gr
ground cinnamon 20gr
Cream: cream cheese 50gr
powdered sugar 100gr
butter, butter 2-3 st. l
Vanillin optional

Cooking method

  • We dilute the yeast in warm milk, add a little sugar.
  • While the yeast is rising, beat the eggs with sugar, add softened margarine.
  • Add this mixture to the yeast and stir thoroughly.
  • Combine the flour with salt and add to the yeast mixture and knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Let's start filling while the dough rises.
  • Combine cinnamon with brown sugar (since I did not have brown sugar, I used regular sugar).
  • Roll out the dough into a thin layer, about 3-5 mm, spread melted margarine or butter on the dough and sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar.
  • We roll it into a tight roll and cut it to the desired width, I have about 3-4cm.
  • We bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Making a cream: softened plums. mix butter with powder and cream cheese.
  • Grease hot buns with cream.
  • Bon Appetit!

Girls baked! I'll post the photos later. With the dough I had to be smart, kneaded in HP, the bun was very dense, added butter and milk (20-30 ml). Butter dough, it rose rather hard. She picked it up once, then formed the buns and sent them to the oven for proofing. After baking, hot greased. The cream was "taken" 100 gr., It could have been, there was no more .... The recipe reminded me of cinnamon buns (Morozik), next time I will bake buns with cinnamon and cream, combining these two recipes.

I once increased the recipe of the cream by 1.5 times, so it seemed to me that it was too much.
I get from 23 to 30 rolls, depending on how thick I cut,
so for all these boules of cream it is enough to walk 3 or 4 times until I smear the whole bowl.
And they are not very white either. But the color does not affect the taste absolutely !!!
