Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Light brown or plain sugar 100 g
Pearl sugar (can also be replaced with ordinary sugar) 150 g
Dry yeast (or fresh) 25 gr (50 gr)
Salt 7 g
Butter or margarine 250 g
Egg 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Milk 175 ml

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients except sugar, knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes. Then add granulated sugar and pearl sugar to the dough or replace with sand, let stand for another 15 minutes and bake in a preheated waffle iron, cool on a roaster.
  • If possible, add light brown sugar and pearl pieces - the result is completely different.
