Butter bread with a tropical mixture in a bread maker

Ingredients

Yeast (saf moment for baking) 2h l.
Flour 2 and 3/4 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp. L. (I took brown)
Olive oil) 4 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream or cream 80ml
Water 80ml

Cooking method

  • Glass per recipe - 250ml
  • The dispenser contains a full dispenser of a tropical mixture (about 130g) or whatever you like. I also put some dried cranberries
  • Preparation:
  • Put everything in a container according to the instructions for your bread maker, cut the tropical mixture into smaller pieces and into a dispenser or at a signal.
  • Whole grain (dietary) program with additives.

Note

Yesterday I made such a bread for tea.
Conclusions: I liked the taste very much, moderately sweet. But the crust would be lighter. Next time I will try on the main program with additives. I'll cut the candied fruit into smaller pieces, otherwise most of them have accumulated at the bottom of the bread.
