Fudge with nuts

Ingredients

chocolate (regular black and milk) 400g
condensed milk 1 can, 380g
walnuts, roasted 150g
instant coffee, powder 1h l.
cognac 2st. l.
vanillin
the form 18x20cm

Cooking method

  • the recipe is very quick and just as delicious! I don’t even understand what it looks like .. it stretches a little, like toffee, but not so much .. chocolate-creamy .. melts in the hands .. but delicious!
  • chop the nuts coarsely and heat - pour on a baking sheet, hold in an oven preheated to 160C for 10 minutes.

  • pour the condensed milk into the pan, add the broken chocolate, heat, stirring all the time, until the chocolate melts. remove from heat.

  • cover the form with cling film, or baking paper, with a margin so that the edges hang down. Put the mass in a mold, cover with edges and refrigerate for min. for 1 hour.
  • get it, cut it ... enjoy!
