In general, this year a surprisingly large and beautiful dogwood was brought to us! Ripe berries ate a little and put them in the freezer for storage

But a trifle, and light in color, I decided to dry it - I wondered what would come of them! There were only about a kilogram of them, maybe less, I didn't weigh them ...

The taste is sour berries, with seeds inside. I will try to use it when stewing meat, cook kukkus and pilaf with them.
