Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 100 g
Warm milk 125 g
Fresh yeast 10 g
Dough:
All dough
Wheat flour 150 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Softened butter 70 g
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Salt pinch
Pitted cherries 150 g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in milk, mix with flour. Leave to increase 2 times.
  • Beat butter with sugar until froth. Continuing to beat, add eggs and salt one at a time.
  • Add a suitable brew. Mix. Add the remaining flour. The dough will be the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • Grease the mold with butter, pour out 1/2 part of the dough. Put the cherries on top, not reaching 1 cm to the edge. I had it frozen, I defrosted it beforehand. Cover with the remaining dough.
  • Leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place to rise.
  • Brush with yolk before baking. You can bake like that, but I had an ownerless yolk in the refrigerator, so I added it.
  • Cherry grandmother

40-50 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until browning
