Nut pie with cheese cream

Ingredients

The foundation:
Walnuts + 2 tbsp. l. sah. grind powder to flour 200 g
Eggs at room temperature 4 things.
Flour (sift!) 180 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 130 g
Butter (melt and cool) 150 g
Syrup:
Sugar 150 g
Water 100 ml
Glucose (can be replaced with honey) 30 g
Cinnamon 1 stick
Cream:
Cream cheese 600 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Cream 35% 250 ml
For decoration - candied nuts,
grated chocolate, chocolate balls.
Form 26 cm in diameter,
Cover the bottom with baking paper, grease the sides with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Cooking method

  • beat eggs with a mixer until the volume triples,
  • without ceasing to beat, gradually introduce sugar, beat for at least 10 minutes.
  • in three steps, add flour mixed with baking powder, gently and quickly stirring with a spatula, from bottom to top and in a circle.
  • also add nut flour in three steps, gradually and alternately adding oil, stirring from bottom to top and in a circle.
  • place the dough in a mold bake in a preheated 180" From the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • boil the syrup from these ingredients (do not cool) and soak the hot cake with it, cool and free it from the mold.
  • place the cake in the cooking ring.
  • beat cream cheese with sugar. with powder and without ceasing whipping in a small stream, introduce the cream, the cream should be fluffy and airy.
  • Put the finished cream on the cake, smooth and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • carefully remove the ring, decorate with chocolate and nuts.
