Ingredients

pork fillet 600 g
plums 10 pieces
anise stars 2 pcs (I didn't have)
ginger root 2 cm
carnation 2 buds
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
cilantro 3 twigs
green onions 1 bundle
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
rast. butter for frying
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the plums, dry them, cut them in the middle with a knife, divide them into two halves and cut them into 1 cm thick slices, removing the seeds.

  • PS Sahara for my taste should be put less - 1 tbsp. l. My plums were medium in size, so I took 15 pieces.
