Buckwheat buns

Ingredients

Flour (how much dough will take) 350-400 g
Buckwheat flakes 4 tbsp. l.
Milk 250 ml
Salt pinch
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1/2 sachet
(5 g)
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Heat the milk to 40-50 degrees. Pour buckwheat flakes over them. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, yeast, egg. Then add vegetable oil and flour. Knead the dough. Let rise in warmth for about 1 hour. Form buns. Place them on a baking sheet and let stand again. Brush with an egg. Bake in the oven until tender. Grease hot rolls with butter.
  • I kneaded the dough in HP, on the "Yeast dough" mode (25 minutes kneading + 1 hour proofing). At the end of the program, she took out the dough, formed buns and allowed them to distance for 30 minutes. Baked in the oven, in a muffin dish for about 20 minutes.

The buns turned out to be very tasty, fluffy, but in the opinion of my eaters they are slightly bland, you see, they do not have enough salt. The fact that no one guessed the buns with buckwheat flakes, they thought that they were just wheat, but that makes them no less tasty! Next time I'll try increasing the amount of flakes and adding a little more salt.

I still bake these buns from time to time, I won't say that they are often straight, but it happens ... they are delicious, my way ... with less sugar (or no sugar at all), excellent table buns are obtained ...
