Cooking method

  • I have been on the site not so long ago, only three and a half months, but I have already managed to make friends with many culinary specialists and bakers, and little by little I am beginning to get involved in the life of the site itself! I really liked the idea of the competition - DISHES FROM LITERARY WORKS, therefore, I decided to participate with pleasure! And as a recipe, I want to show you kulebyaku, a primordially Russian and unusually tasty dish! As a basis, I took the recipe of my friend from the cook Svetinka, although I changed the dough and some fillings, but I am very grateful to the author for the great idea!
  • "Kulebyaka in Chekhov style":
  • A. P. Chekhov told us about her masterly, brilliantly in his story "The Siren". And several quotes from the work at once: "We all now want to eat .. Imagination also means a lot, sir ... I once closed my eyes on the way and imagined ... so I became hysterical from appetite ..." Well, let's turn on the imagination ...
  • bake 10 pancakes according to your favorite recipeKulebyaka in Chekhov's style

12 pcs.

Time for preparing:

120 minutes

Note

“Well, sir, have a drink before the kulebyaka,” the secretary continued in an undertone; he was already so carried away that, like a singing nightingale, he heard nothing but his own voice. - Kulebyaka must be appetizing, shameless, in all her nakedness, so that there is temptation. You wink at her with an eye, cut off a kind of bite and wiggle your fingers over her like that, out of excess of feelings. "
“You will eat it, and from it butter, like tears, the filling is greasy, juicy, with eggs, with offal, with onions ... I ate two pieces, and saved the third for the cabbage soup ... Having smoked, pick up the hem of the dressing gown and let's go to the bed! That way, lie on your back, tummy up, and take the newspaper in your hands. When the eyes stick together and there is a nap in the whole body, it is pleasant to read about politics: there, you see, Austria blundered, France did not please anyone there, the Pope went against it - you read it, and it is pleasant "
