Hello!
maybe my question will sound like "go there ..."
On different trips to Scandinavia and Europe :) I tasted this bread with great pleasure: with huge pores, holes, a little stringy, with a pronounced crust. Probably the closest thing you can buy in our bakeries is a ciabatta, but still not like that. I would very much like to find out what kind of bread it is, what is its recipe and it would be great if it could be baked in a bread maker
Thanks in advance for the tips!

... looked at all the pictures on the site. it's probably a ciabata
but I really want to bake it in the stove !! sand programmed, maybe someone knows the recipe?

This is Chiabata .. but she is preparing for specials. mixes ... there are many manufacturers of such mixes (I use a mix from Master Martini). It is impossible to cook such bread in a bread maker, since it is baked in hearth ovens, with steam and high temperature acceleration at the beginning of baking.
