Ksyusha, gorgeous !!! Do you know how to make "candy" from ... even black bananas !!! How does it taste? Sweet - not sweet? For the recipe for a huge merci, I will definitely bake it !!!

Yeah ... just from that !! But they are only black on top, but inside the flesh is normal!

How does it taste? Sweet - not sweet?
Inn, it tastes not sweet, one might say dietary (because of the bran). The soup is the most! Before that, I did it without bran, the taste turned out to be sweeter, but still not a roll.

In general, I think this recipe is universal. Leaving water, sugar, oil, salt, bananas unchanged, you can make different variations with different flours and additives.

And further. I chose this method of kneading (dough mode, then the main one) because the original recipe contains both dough and such a long proofing. But I think that only in the Main mode it should also work. I still have bananas, so, as we eat this one, I'll try the next one in a truncated version.
natapit
what a perforated and airy handsome! : nyam: it's time to get your cotton. she's really old ...
Omela
natapit , Thank you! I've uncovered my identity, otherwise I stood, forgotten, abandoned !!! The oven bread is certainly good, but it takes time! and lately he hasn't been at all.
Crumb
Xun, thanks a lot for the detailed answer, the bananas have turned black, it's time to bake ...
Omela
Yeah good luck Innul!!
Crumb
Ksyusha, and if instead of wheat bran, pour oat flakes? At the most crucial moment, I discovered that the bran was already tavos, long overdue ... there is also rye fiber, but I suspect that it is not quite fresh either (I’ll take a look at it) ...

Ksyusha, and yet, my banana weight is about less than indicated in your recipe, maybe more water?
Omela
Ying, probably, it's too late .. but you can add some flakes, and some water .. and watch the bun!
Crumb
Ksyusha, already baked, is cooling down. I added oatmeal and flour crumbs, although I thought I would need some water ... I have a bucket in HP like a bathtub, so I made a conversion to a larger size, as a result of which the loaf was sealed to the HP lid, but God be with her, but what aromaaat ... I'll write about the taste later, when they try, but it smells like a banana ...

Ksyunechka, for the recipe !!!

P.S. Ksyusha, I forgot to ask, but you had a soft bun? I'm interested in this for the future, I have a soft one, we could have had his trosh tavos, make it tighter?

My bun was classic, soft, not sticky.

Ying, I'm waiting ..

I didn't get up at all. As he lay down after the last kneading, he lay there until the end of the program. The smell is awesome. Yes, and the taste is also good, lukewarm with milk is now diminished, but I want a more aesthetic look or something))) maybe I put a little yeast (1 tsp. Dry)? Maybe you didn't have enough time for tuning and lifting? Baked on the main one, I have it for 3 hours ... Try to knead and press pause for 30-40 minutes? Or try French (it takes longer)? I'm a recent baker, don't judge strictly I liked the bread, I want to achieve a result.
Omela
pulxeriya , welcome to the forum! : flowers: It's a pity that your bread did not work out!

pulxeriya , we are all here learning how to bake bread, so put these conversations aside !! Let's figure it out.

maybe I put a little yeast (1 tsp. dry)?
Provided the yeast is of good quality, the amount is normal. To check the quality of the yeast, it must be diluted in a little water and left for a while. If a frothy "cap" appears, then the yeast is normal. And it is better to store an open pack in the refrigerator. But for the purity of the experiment, next time it is better to use a different yeast (or brand, or batch).

First, try to knead as I did: first in the Dough mode, then in Basic or French.
If you have any questions - ask. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! i.e. 1 tsp. should the amount of flour be enough for this? I just put in the usual bread, which I baked the other day, and it turned out great, with the same yeast, let's check if it's the yeast.
Yes, and my bucket is like a bathtub too. I'm thinking of doubling everything ...

In theory, yes! But try increasing it a little bit.

I also multiplied Ksenia's recipe by 2, as a result of which, as I wrote above:

the loaf was sealed to the HP lid

Try to count the recipe at 500 grams. flour, as for me it’s the same for buckets the size of a bathtub ... Well, bread grows sooo much ...

Ksyushenka, forgive me, ungrateful son Banana bran bread (bread maker), I still did not report on the taste of the bread ... In general, everyone liked it, but my mother just "dragged along" from him, she remembers to this day ... Nobody guessed that bread with bananas ...
In the coming days I will bake again (I am already bringing the bananas to the desired condition), having learned from bitter experience I will take pictures right away, since the first loaf is over before it starts ...

For 500g. flour, we calculate the conversion factor 500: 300 = 1.67, that is, we multiply all products by 1.67.

Thank you!!!
And I solved the problem in school: I calculated how much by 100 g and then multiplied by 5

I rarely bake with bran, I don't remember how to prepare them - dry and sift through a sieve?
Crumb
Freesia
I often bake with bran, sometimes I just add bran from a bag, but still more often I pre-fry the bran in a dry frying pan until it has a pleasant aroma.

Ksyushik, I knew, I just felt that your bread will take root with us !!! This time I managed to take a picture before the loaf was bitten:

Banana bran bread (bread maker)

Thank you wonderful man !!! They are already ordering this bread, I liked it a lot !!!
Omela
Kroshik , stunned, what a handsome man !!! Glad to be "ordered" !!!
Freesia
Thanks for the delicious bread!
They also said such a stove, but I did not even expect. I will recalculate for 500 g of flour
Omela
Freesia , eat to your health! You can come when and with a photo.

Freesia , handsome !!!
TaYaN
Omela, you have wonderful bread!
I am just starting my bread-and-butter adventures, I have little experience, therefore a lot of questions. Tell me, is the raising of the dough all right after so many knees? After all, as I understand it, instead of the usual two on standard programs, you advise first to start the Dough mode, and then the Basic. That is, the dough will be kneaded well 3 times ... Will it fall off?
I have now put in a test bread from 1 unfortunate banana, but I was afraid to start the Main Program after the Test, I turned on the baking.
I don’t know what will happen.
Omela
TaYaN , Thank you! You can bake on the Main one immediately.
Margot @ 68
What a wonderful bread !!!! I baked it today, counting on 500 g of flour on the Main. So tall - he didn't open the stove cover a little. Yummy Thank you, Omela!
Omela
Margarita, eat to your health! Glad you liked it!!!
EkaterinaR
Hello. tell me, can sugar, yeast, banana be given in other units? teaspoons, pieces, etc. can you dry yeast?
Omela
EkaterinaR , welcome to the forum!

Dry yeast 2.5 g. or 2 \ 3h. l. Sugar 1st. l. Banana - one ripe. Watch out for the kolobok, good luck!
landuch
Omela, thank you very much for the recipe! The bread is incomparable, delicious.
I've had a LG bread maker for two weeks, I'm just learning how to bake bread
I had some adventures .. During the kneading process, the mixer jumped off, until I realized it ..
then I had to take everything off, put on the mixer again and start everything over again .. So I added flour, the bun did not stick to my hands
It turned out tasty anyway.
Here is my banana bran bread

Ksyusha... I’m reading this message now and I don’t understand .. So it was exactly the same for me, I kneaded it slowly, several times on a quick kneading, and then I lay down like this .. Out of inexperience, I decided that the mixer had jumped off ...
I turned off the Dough mode, put on the mixer and started everything again.
Then everything went as usual ..
But what was it really ... Maybe not enough liquid in the recipe for my stove
I baked in a Russian chef, where I make all the breads with bran ... I thought ...

Maybe not enough liquid in the recipe for my stove
The liquid cannot be too little or too much for the stove. It all depends on the moisture content of the flour. You saw and controlled your kolobok.Such problems can be due to the weakness of the yeast. I sometimes do this: turn on the Kneading dough mode (20 minutes), then turn on the Main program.
elen13
If you do it with dry yeast, is it better in the Basic mode (I have 4 hours, Panasonic) or on the Test, knead, distance, and then bake? What do you think?
Omela
Elena, I think on the main.
elen13
I baked bread yesterday !!! I liked it very much. There was little time, so I first kneaded it on Pizza, and then baked it. The roof is cracked, apparently gave little time for proofing, it rises heavily because of the banana. And added a little more sugar. The taste turned out like a roll. I'll try to follow. replace water with milk
Omela
Elena, but cracked in the middle or on the side ??? If in the middle, then the dough was steep. You need either more liquid or less flour.
elen13
Cracked in the middle Flour added a couple of spoons in the process, because there was absolutely no mess. Apparently, she overdid it ..... But the bun was kind of soft
Omela
Well, since it is soft, maybe then it really is because of the small flow.
Tatiana S.
I am also grateful. 2 days ago I bought another HP, Mystery 1204 with a dispenser, and today I baked this bread in it. However, I slightly changed the recipe, since the banana did not reach 155 grams, I had to add 40 grams of pumpkin puree. And so that the dispenser does not open in idle, I poured 1 tbsp into it. l. flax seeds. The rest was done according to the recipe. The gingerbread man was formed just perfect. Kneading was done on the program "Dough for pasta" (14 min.), And then switched to the main program, weight - 750 g, medium crust, timer delay - 20 minutes. The cycle weight was 3:40.

This is how it turned out. Until you cut it, it cools down.
Omela
Tatyana, congratulations on another helper! Nice bread turned out !!!
Tatiana S.
Thank you! And tasteful! So soft and the crust is thin and crispy. All went for bananas. I need to treat my colleagues tomorrow as well
Omela
I like this bread too !!
Tatiana S.
I bought bananas, kneaded bread, stands on the timer. Now I made a size 200 gr larger than bananas and bake in my old Rollsen, And Mystery works in the C / W prog. I need to drive her on all programs in 14 days.
I am waiting for my friend and granddaughter to visit, oh and I will treat you to a delicious bread!
