Banana chocolate cake Day and night

Ingredients

dough:
eggs 5 pieces.
sugar 300 g
vegetable oil 125 g
flour 200 g
baking powder 10 g
cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
water 125 g
For the cream:
vanilla pudding 1 pack
milk 375 ml
sugar 200 g
butter 250 g
rum 4 tbsp. l.
bananas 7 pcs.
For glaze:
cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 4 tbsp. l.
milk 6 tbsp. l.
butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat the yolks with sugar, vegetable oil and water.
  • 2. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa, combine with the yolk mass.
  • 3. Beat the whites separately until a stable mass (until soft peaks), gently mix with the yolk mass.
  • 4. Pour the dough onto a greased deep baking sheet (I have a rectangular 25X36), I covered the form with oiled parchment. Bake in an oven heated to 180C for 40 minutes. Cool.

  • 5. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package, using milk, cool to room temperature.
  • 6. Beat the butter with sugar and rum until creamy and until the sugar is completely dissolved, gradually add the pudding and beat until fluffy.
  • 7. Peel bananas and cut into not very thin slices. Put the circles tightly to each other (before that I smeared the cake with a thin layer of cream), cover with vanilla cream and gently smooth.

  • 8. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze (except the butter) and, stirring, simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved and until the first bubbles, remove from heat, add the oil and stir until it is completely dissolved. Cool slightly and pour over the cream, smooth and refrigerate until the glaze hardens. Cut into large squares.

Note

The cake is soft and juicy, and the cream is just a miracle. I tried not only creamy cream, but also caramel cream, it turned out just as wonderful. Here, however, I do not add rum, since the children eat the cake.

Can be made as a cake and as a cake. I found this recipe on (many thanks to the author of the recipe) and for a long time I have been delighting my family with this masterpiece.
