Note

I have been harvesting mushrooms this way for many years. This is the only mushroom preparation that is eaten in my family with pleasure even by those comrades.midami, which at one word distorts the mushrooms ...

Kroshik, what mushrooms have you fried?
Crumb
Tanyush, pictured rows, my mother loves them a lot ... In general, in this way I close absolutely all the forest mushrooms that my mother brings from the forestat .

Tomorrow, if everything goes well, I'll try to make a jar according to your recipe

Just so I know ... Today I closed 1,380 kg. boiled mushrooms, it turned out 1 liter jar and a bowl (medium size) was left "to eat".

Ikra
Krosh, and then how are they? Cold or warm?
Crumb
Ikra
I eat cold as a snack.

Thank you! I took it to the bookmarks. Tomorrow I'm going on vacation to the woods. If I find anything, I will do so. There should be more caps and rows.
MariV
Rows? Etta extraordinarily tasty mushrooms!
This year I am too lazy to go for mushrooms ...
celfh
My mushrooms are fried. True boletus. Kroshik, how are they? There is so much oil ... I saw that as a snack. And fill up with something?
Crumb
Tanyush, you know, yes, at first glance there seems to be a lot of oil, but no one has ever complained about the excessively oily taste of these mushrooms ... Before serving, I catch them out of the jar with a spoon with holes (well, so that the extra oil is glass) and add to a bowl of mushrooms an onion cut into rings, I don't fill it with anything else, everyone eats it with pleasure!

Virgo, show me these rows, otherwise I can kick such valuable mushrooms with my foot like toadstools

I didn't have a few mushrooms in the jar, we'll try it for lunch. Only I added chopped garlic and a little Modena vinegar. And I tried one fungus "without anything." Very good natural taste. I will unsubscribe about the appetizer later. There will be no photographs, even small boletus are good only in the forest. Then they lose their presentation. But not taste ...

how I miss forest mushrooms here !!! from that. what presented the fragrance. dizzy .... eeeh!

Kroshik, I brought the photo after all. The fact is that, apart from any other mushrooms, there was a tiny heap of honey agarics. There was nowhere to attach them, I also fried them. Tucked in and, I must say, a very worthy snack turned out! Husband liked it sooooo much

1. Can I store it under the closet? You have not written that you need to put in a cold place ...
2. Is it possible for chanterelles?

Better so ... And now I'm ripe for pickling mushrooms, and I'm afraid to take anything other than chanterelles ... I'm not far-off, they can slip me an amanita under the guise of a porcini mushroom ... And we also have porcini mushrooms ... well, in plan, at the Koptevsky market ...

I didn't write, yes ... it's my fault ... well, you'll forgive me, won't you?

Hairpin, I don't store mushrooms at room temperature, it's kind of dumb ...

I have a volumetric limited refrigerator ... I cannot store marinades there ... if these mushrooms cannot be stored under the cabinet, then ... this is not for me ...

Krosh, thank you very much for the recipe! This year there are a lot of mushrooms - frozen, pickled, and they haven't done it yet. Very tasty, and, by the way, it is very convenient to do it in a multicooker

Girls, I have been reading and using many recipes for a long time, thank you very much to everyone! I would like to add some advice about fried chanterelles (sorry if this advice is already on the forum). Pilaf with fried chanterelles is very tasty. Lent is delicious. And not in the post is very tasty. Made with different mushrooms, but super chanterelles. Therefore, I always try to cook fried chanterelles for the winter just for pilaf.
