Mint ice cream with chocolate chips

Ingredients

Milk 500 ml
Cream (10%) 250 ml
Chocolate 125 g
Sugar 100 g
Mint syrup 4 tsp (bought in Platypus)

Cooking method

  • Heat the milk and stir the sugar in it until it dissolves.
  • Cool down. Pour in the cream and mint syrup.
  • Place in an ice cream maker. Knead for 15 minutes. At this point, the ice cream should begin to solidify.
  • At this time, add the finely grated chocolate.
  • Chill in an ice cream maker to the desired consistency.
  • p / s / In Platypus, I also bought almond syrup in addition to mint syrup - both are French-made, very tender and tasty. Not sugary.

I found a dough recipe in the internet - just perfect waffles and they turn out by themselves, and for the horns - the very thing!

120 ml milk
160 g flour
140 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 egg
70 g butter (margarine), melted

beat butter, sugar, egg and vanillin (but not hard)
adding flour a little, keep stirring
add water (milk), and knead a liquid homogeneous dough
leave for 2 hours - I WERE WITHDRAWAL THIS TIME!
bake in waffle iron until golden brown
My side note - poured into a waffle iron using a donut dispenser. The dough is so good and balanced that it spread very well over the waffle iron and the waffles were airy and thin.

Anastasia Thanks for the great recipe. What delicious waffles-tubes I have turned out! Next time I will make a double portion of the dough. The main plus is that on the second day the waffles are just as crispy. As soon as I get to my computer, I will immediately post a photo of this beauty.

Yes to health! Glad you like it! I myself bake them all the time, because I constantly make ice cream, and my husband loves it in waffle cones. I'll tell you more, and after three weeks they still remain crispy and nothing becomes them. This has already been verified by me. and I store them either in a bag or in a plastic container - no difference! So I am also very grateful to the girl from Germany who posted this recipe! And I just found it and tried it.
