Ingredients

Earthen pear 150 g
Egg 1
Sour cream 50 g
Cheese 10 g

Cooking method

  • Wash Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly, cut into wedges, simmer in butter in a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes. Mix the egg, sour cream and grated cheese, pour over Jerusalem artichoke and bake in the oven at T180 until the top is browned. Better to bake directly in the same skillet.
