Ingredients

Meat (lamb (preferred), beef) 500 g
potatoes 4-5 pcs
onion 1 PC
greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) 100 g
garlic 5 teeth
butter 50 g
spices (hops-suneli, coriander, savory, salt, pepper) taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat (this time I used beef) into 4 * 4 cm pieces, pour cold water so that the water covers the meat. Cook until half cooked. Cut the potatoes into large cubes (I cut a medium potato into 4 pieces), add to the meat. How to boil spices. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Finely chop the herbs and garlic. When the potatoes are boiled, add the fried onions, herbs and garlic. As it boils, remove from heat.
  • Serve with tortillas. Add sour cream to the plate if desired.
