Nectarine cookies

Ingredients

Butter 50 g
Sour cream 50 g
Egg 1 PC
Sugar 50 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Filling:
Nectarine 1 PC.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass.
  • Add softened butter, sour cream, mix.
  • Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and knead into a soft dough.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Then roll out 1/2 dough to the size of the mold (I have a silicone d24cm). sprinkle with half the starch and sugar. Top with nectarines cut into thin slices, then again starch and sugar.
  • Roll out the other half of the dough on a silicone mat and place on top of the nectarines. Press down at the joints. Brush with an egg.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C until golden brown. I have 20 minutes.
  • Cool, cut into triangles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Note

A great opportunity to fuse "inedible" nectarines!
