Pears 250 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut pears into thin slices, three cheese on a coarse grater. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and season.
  • Salt and sugar - to taste and desire

Cut the pepper into 4-6 pieces, do not cut off the tails. Remove seeds. Postpone. Cut the pear into strips, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, fill with dressing (sour cream + mayonnaise). Fill the pieces of pepper with the resulting salad. Bon Appetit!
