Ingredients

Orange juice from one orange
Black peppercorns, sea salt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare fresh orange and lemon juices.
  • In a wooden mortar, crush black peppercorns, add sea salt and a clove of garlic, finely chopped. It's good to pound everything together.
  • Pour citrus juices into a container and add seasonings from a mortar. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Top up with olive oil before serving. Stir gently. Pour into a gravy boat.

Choose the number of products to your taste. Cooking without garlic is allowed.
Orange juice can be replaced with grapefruit juice, but then sugar must be added to the mortar.
