Kharcho soup in a multicooker Cuckoo 1010

Ingredients

beef 300 g
carrot 1 PC.
potatoes 3 pcs.
garlic 3 teeth
rice 1/4 d. Art.
spices for kharcho taste
tomato paste or ketchup 3-4 tbsp. l.
salt taste
sugar 1/2 tsp
Tkemali sauce 1/4 d. Art.

Cooking method

  • 1. Well washed rice in several waters and soaked in warm water.
  • 2. On the Potato mode in 2 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable oil fried meat, chopped like beef stroganoff - 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Added onions, carrots, cut into strips - fried for 5-7 minutes.
  • 4. Added finely chopped chives and ketchup, Tkemali sauce. Fried for 2-3 minutes. She turned off the pressure cooker.
  • 5. I put diced potatoes and rice, salt, added sugar, spices. She mixed and poured 1.5 liters of warm water. Turned on the Chicken Soup mode.
  • 6. After the end of the program, I opened the lid and added two more cloves of finely chopped garlic to the kharcho. Let it infuse under a closed lid for 5-10 minutes.
  • The soup is ready!

Note

Instead of tkemali sauce, I took 4 pieces. pickled tomatoes. They tasted spicy this year for me! She removed the skin from them, mashed them with a fork. I really liked the flavor note that these tomatoes brought to the kharcho.
You can replace Tkemali with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Adjust the acidity of the kharcho to your liking.
From the spices, I took a set of dry herbs Adjika, cayenne pepper (on the tip of a knife), hops-suneli (1/4 tsp). Add cilantro to the serving plate if desired.

dear Lana, you just pliz do not be offended !!!! kharcho is one of my favorite soups, of course tilka pislya ukrainian borshchik))) as they say, each hostess has its own characteristics ... for me it was just such a surprise, as once I tried borscht without potatoes in a Ukrainian village ... and they all to me, there proved that it should not be !!!

nuts (mix: almonds, walnuts and pine nuts) fry in butter with salt until golden brown, but only before serving the bed on the plates ..
I prepare the sauce for kharcho myself (you will not find such varieties here) ... but be sure to also, in equal proportions, parsley with cilantro .... and a little more garlic before boiling in a couple of minutes, through a garlic dish !!
I promise I'll try it with potatoes next time

But to put nuts in it, it is not at all necessary that it becomes kharcho soup. They probably cook it with potatoes in Russian.
And the soup is good, I cook that too.
