Gingerbread cake (slow cooker Perfezza)

Ingredients

Honey 5 table. spoons
Soda 1 table. the spoon
Eggs 3 pieces
Sour cream 2 table. spoons
Strong tea (brew) without sugar 1 glass
Flour 3 glasses (250 gr.)
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Cordamon 0.25 tsp
Nutmeg 0.25 tsp
Sunflower oil 2 table. spoons
Sugar 1 glass (I took 0.5 cups)

Cooking method

  • I cooked like this:
  • Mix honey with 1 tbsp. spoon of baking soda, let stand for 20 minutes.
  • The "bubbling" process will begin. Then we mix in sour cream, sunflower oil, eggs, sugar (I put 0.5 cups), cinnamon and 0.25 tsp each of cordamom and nutmeg, I also put a little raisins, nuts can be as you like. We stir in 3 cups (I took a glass of 250 gr.) Of flour and a glass of very strong hot tea, tea without sugar (I grabbed a glass of 200 gr.).
  • The dough is thick as pancakes.

  • We mix everything with a spoon, which I liked in this recipe, that you don't have to bother with a combine, a mixer, just mixed everything in a bowl with a spoon.

Time for preparing:

60 + 15 minutes

Cooking program:

Crispy rice

Note

It takes absolutely little time to prepare, but such a flavor spreads through the kitchen ... you walk around and lick your lips ... I advise you to cook!

You can also zest, it also works great, with the spices that I have, it turns out very fragrant, with citrus fruits too!
And what does ground allspice give? Some kind of unique aroma .. the main thing is not to overdo it with it I have never tried it, but it should also be good!
I have a big cartoon, five liter. I think you will need to divide everything by 2. The cupcake rises in a high slide. Wish you luck!

oriana , accidentally missed your post. So about allspice. Once upon a time I had a recipe for a gingerbread (lost when moving, alas!), Which needed different spices. And there was allspice too - 1 pea on a large baking sheet. I ground everything myself in a hand mill. All together, with cinnamon, cloves, zest, it was very fragrant and somehow truly gingerbread.

At 56, you can only bake on Crispy Rice. No more. Only when you bake, take into account one feature of XP.
