Ingredients

Chocolate dough:
Eggs 5 pieces.
Sugar 180 g
Flour 200 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 125 ml
Water 125 ml
Baking powder 1 sachet
(10 g)
Curd:
Vanilla Pudding Powder 1 sachet
(80 g)
Soft curd mass (homogeneous consistency) 500 g
Sugar 100 g

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
  • Grind the yolks with half the sugar. Add oil and water, stir.
  • Beat the whites with the second half of the sugar until froth. Add to the yolk mass.
  • Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder.
  • Add to the egg mass.
  • Put the dough in a 22 x 33 cm mold.
  • Stir all the components of the curd mass. Transfer it to a bag (pastry bag). Squeeze the curd mass over the chocolate, drawing the cells. The stripes should be wide.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or until tender.
  • The curd mass is immersed in chocolate and the chocolate dough rises, forming "pads". The taste is delicate, juicy.

Since our cottage cheese is not sweet, we add both sugar and pudding to it. Taste after adding the pudding, it will suddenly be sweet.
