Sicilian Apple Pie (DEX-50)

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs.
Melted butter (margarine) 100g
Sugar 1 glass
Milk 1/2 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 1.5 cups
Apples 5 pieces (medium)
Raisins 1/2 cup
Vanilla sugar
Cinnamon
Roasted walnuts 2 tbsp. l
Roasted pine nuts 1/3 cup

Cooking method

  • A very simple and delicious pie. I didn't have nuts and cinnamon, I think it will be even tastier with them.

  • Glass 250 ml
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add butter, milk, flour with baking powder, mix.
  • Peel the apples, chop thinly, mix with raisins and pine nuts. Cinnamon can be added to the dough or sprinkled on top.
  • Grease the saucepan of the multicooker with oil.
  • Pour 1/3 dough, 1/3 apples with raisins and repeat layers 2 more times. I just mixed the filling with the dough.
  • Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
  • In the original recipe for the oven - grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in the oven for 55 minutes.

Take my pie. I baked it in Redmond-90 on the baking mode - 60 minutes + 10 minutes heating. It turned out to be small, so I turned it over and turned it on Multipovar 120 * C 10 minutes.
the apples were fried as a result, but not burnt, the pie was baked.
