Ingredients

jacket potatoes 2 pcs. large
small radish 5-6 pcs.
red onion 1 PC. small
red flounder caviar 1 tsp
sheep cheese 1-2 tbsp. l.
green onions sprinkled 2-3 st. l.
aromatic vinegar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Salad dressing:
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tsp.
  • grain mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt, sugar - to taste

Boiled potatoes in their skins without salt, but sprinkled with salted flounder caviar on top - an excellent contrast of unleavened with salted, it's like sprinkling hot potatoes with salt on top - very tasty!
