Lenusya, to health
Scarecrow
I bought myself this device 2430.

Experimenting with waffles. Made Belgian (yeast) - I didn't like it at all. They look like pancakes, which, to my taste, are not waffles. But those that baked like a biscuit (with baking powder) - I really liked it. They ate them with a pear sprinkled with cognac and Philadelphia cream cheese - the song is simple.

I made sandwiches, of course, from my own bread. It's very cool that they are like pies (with a crispy crust, sealed, with a juicy filling). My husband really liked it. I haven't tried the grill, and I didn't really need it either ...
I have never had any problems with storage, since there is a large utility room in the kitchen.

Yeah, we didn't really need him either. However, now we use the grill more often than other attachments. We tried to make chelogach, pork shashlik, steaks, shrimps. It turns out pretty good. Especially if you like low-fat food (no oil is added to the grill. This is especially important for the chelogger).

In sandwich forms I made puff pastry pies and banana (recipe from the forum). It turned out well.

But I am still not going to make waffles. I can't find a recipe for everything. Can you send me the recipe for the waffles I like?
Scarecrow
And they are given in the recipe book to the sandwich maker. There are only two or three of them ...

175 ml flour (measured by volume)
150 ml milk
3 eggs
2h l. baking powder (so in the original. I 1 with a slide poured a teaspoon of baking powder)
7st. l. vegetable oil
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
vanilla sugar to taste (unless the waffles are snack foods).

Mix the yolks with the dough, and beat the whites separately. Then gently add and mix. The waffles turn out to be very beautiful, only some of them break out of the mold with problems. These are quick waffles. Delicious, only practically savory. I thought. that the problem is solved with the help of sugar budra (or condensed milk, or jam - whoever wants what).
NatalyaN
And we made pancakes according to the recipe from the forum.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=2310.new#new

The pancakes turned out just like pies, the taste was unusual, but they were baked without fat. And then, as you remember, how much fat is spent on pancakes in the pan, and how much of this fat is then in pancakes, you no longer want to eat.
And also - how clean: nothing sprinkles on the stove, the pan is clean. HURRAH!!!
The most important thing is a cool device.

Good day!
Could you share the chelogaja recipe? ......... I tried it several times in national cafes, I would like to repeat the recipe myself, at home.

She made waffles according to two different own recipes, on rolled oats with rye sourdough and on yeast with a rustic mixture, snacks with sausage, cheese and fried onions, and dessert ones. Recipes in the dough section.

And today I fried brooches (kebabs) from turkey
Could you tell us in more detail how these kebabs are prepared? I am very interested in this method. Should turkey be marinated, and if so, with what? And yet, how do you fry them? .......... Do you need to close the top lid, or is the lid open enough and you just need to turn them over? .......
Alexandra
I gave the recipe in Temka about healthy eating, olive oil with lemon, rosemary or dry Provencal herbs, onions
I must close the lid

And after the purchase, I used sandwich inserts literally every day: boutiques, omelettes, pancakes, etc. But, unfortunately, after six months the coating started to bubble and began to peel off. Now the unit is idle ...
Nobody tried to order new panels in the service? And is it even possible?
Cllopez
I have Philips HD 2415... The set of panels is removable, but one is for rectangular sandwiches. The thing is wonderful - at the same time you can fry on one half, for example, a sausage, and on the other - a sandwich with cheese and onions. The crispy crust and juicy filling are delicious.

I read your recipes and also bought 2430. The waffles are gut, but the plates for butters upset me. The simplest bread + cheese sandwiches did not work out, all the cheese flowed out through the cut that these plates make. Such a bummer Or am I doing something wrong? Tell me please!!!

You probably put a lot of it - you can't overdo it - a small piece fits there and then the edges of the bread are wonderfully sealed together and you get a kind of pie with cheese filling. I often make such sandbags and have already taught myself not to put much and stir all the components of the sandwich in the middle of the pieces.

Anastasia, thank you, next time I will take your advice into account

I have 2 problems ... First: the shop slices of bread are small for a triangular sandwich maker. Homemade bread is very crumbly. Therefore, nothing comes out for me with sandwiches (((How do you get such beautiful ones ??

I tried to bake pies with filling. Dough: flour, water, sugar, salt, dry yeast and sunflower oil. I mixed everything in HP. The dough does not want to spread in triangles. As a result, I kneaded raisins into the dough and began to bake like pancakes. Did not like! are not fried. What am I doing wrong? could you give an example of an easy pancake dough. Preferably lean. Maybe my dough was too thick? maybe you need dough like pancakes? Help, huh? otherwise I only use the grill

You can either try to experiment with bread recipes and choose one that crumbles less, you can use homemade bread 2-3 days old, when it lays down, it crumbles less when slicing, or use this advice from our forum:
Quote: Rina72

My bread was crumbling too. But I once read in a textbook on the technology of confectionery production that acids (ascorbic acid was even mentioned) to improve yeast dough (to speed up production). And I began to add 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to the wheat bread that I baked in the main program. Result: the crumb has acquired a light "rubberiness", the bread has clearly less crumbling, it can be cut into rather thin slices.

After all, if you think about it, the dough according to the classical technology is kneaded and matured not for a couple of hours (as in bread makers), but much longer, during which time the acidity of the dough increases significantly. And nobody canceled the processes of biochemistry. Probably, acids somehow affect the same wheat proteins.

Thank you very much for your advice!

It's my pleasure! An electric slicer also cuts bread well, almost does not crumble it. You can buy, in pursuit of the bread maker!

People! Can you please tell me if the plastic thing attached to the grill grate is very important (there are two of them on the sides like)? It's just that the store bargained from 2700r. up to 1300 p.due to the fact that it broke off, they sazali, which does not affect the quality, it is just inconvenient to put it and it will get out ... it caught fire with such a waffle iron, but I know that I will get bored with it, but it’s not so pity to buy it for 1300. They just called that they are ready to sell for such a price, not to go ...

If you are talking about handles that, when the lid is closed, crawl out in the corners, then they are really not so important, they are for the convenience of removing the plates from the device at the end of work. For such a discount, you can donate them. Another thing is, did you find out how much does this sandwich maker cost you in other places? In Moscow, for less than 2 thousand, you can buy completely without marriage, but are they so much more expensive here?
clv
thank you, so I’ll recognize this, it’s not like that anywhere else, and 1700 we have almost the same phillips, only without the grill and waffle iron ... simple sandwich makers cost from 950 to one and a half thousand rubles, so hardly even if where - then they will appear much cheaper ... in general, our equipment is usually more expensive than in Moscow, so I don't even look at Moscow prices so as not to get upset
wales
Best of all for this sandwich maker is Troitsky and Grekhemsky bread from the Odessa Croissant plant. Of course, it's a sin to recommend factory bread on a bakery site, but, perhaps, this is the best option. It is of the right size, perfectly breaks down diagonally, does not crumble, toasted barrel, grains crunch!
Cheese - cheddar, mozzarella. They melt perfectly and turn into cream. Good with a tomato, and with ham, and by themselves.
For homemade bread for a sandwich maker, I have not yet found the right recipe and the right shape

Perfect for a sandwich, the usual Italian from our Panasonic 253 bread machine is suitable. And cut it on a slicer and the size is just the same. Although you have 255, but bake, you will not regret it.

In the 255th, we do not have the "Italian bread" program. But what kind of it can be replaced?

Today was the opening. Homemade bread can be great for making grilled sandwiches. Cook everything, everything is as usual.
Bread Plates - JUST! Two stand next to each other perfectly, filling and two on top. We close everything ... We are waiting for 3-4 minutes.
Only sandwiches, of course, the royal ones came out Not 4, but 2))) The filling did not come out anywhere. And the crust turned out to be suitable.

Yes, at 255, they just replaced my favorite Italian for dumplings. But you can, in principle, use any bread from a bread machine for toast.

I want to share recipe for awesome waffles , I found the basis on some site (I don’t remember which one at all), when I was looking for a recipe, I corrected it a little for myself and received such a recipe, everyone who tried it from my waffles was delighted ...
Margarine - 180 g, sugar - 180 g, vanillin - 1 sachet, eggs - 4 pcs, wheat flour - 250 g, baking powder - 1.5 tsp, sour cream or baby curd - 150 g Beat softened margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar, add eggs one at a time, whisking. Then, whisking more slowly, add sour cream, flour with baking powder. The dough turns out like sour cream, I put 2-3 tablespoons in a waffle iron in 1 block. Spread it out and let it cool. They are very tasty and hot, but as they cool they become crumbly and crunchy

They taste like pasta with a lot of butter. So they are close in composition, so the taste is close ...

Dear bakers !!!
I'm new here, little baking experience, like everyone else, there are failures, but there are also joyful moments.
I always read with interest everything that appears on the forum (recipes and discussions), but I am still ashamed to actively participate in the life of the forum.
I also tried to recreate the Troitsky toast bread. This recipe turned out:
margarine or butter-15 g
water-250 ml
salt-1.5 tsp
sugar-1 tbsp. l
wheat flour, high quality-415 g
gluten-8g
wheat bran-20 g
dry yeast "Saf plus" -1 tsp (measured)
fried sesame seeds-20 g (in dough)
thick malt extract-10 g
cinnamon-0.5 tsp

you can grease the roof just before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds to bring it closer to the ideal, but I was afraid that the roof would fall and did not do it.
Mode is basic, crust is medium.

There are no photos, because I baked a couple of months ago, but the result was good. I would be glad if I could help.

Well, how did you buy the unit?
Yes, I bought it, and then gave birth, without having time to try it out properly! Now I'm trying it, today I baked curd waffles according to the recipe from this site. tasty, but a little stuck. but I do not despair - the first pancake is always lumpy !!!
And also my nephew inspired me to a new filling for sandwiches - it's marmalade! it turns out just delicious, try it, you won't regret it!
zalina74
I actively use this unit for making hot sandwiches (moreover, on grill tins), but I almost did not make waffles - they come out very high in calories. But then I came across a recipe for Herculean pancakes with kefir from Admin and it turned out very well. Instead of kefir, I had to dispose of drinking yogurt. The waffles (surprisingly) turned out to be crispy, even after cooling down - when they were baking, I did not click the waffle iron, and the moisture was actively evaporating.

Good afternoon everyone!
And I have a problem with my miracle Cucina.
One day, it began to heat up to an incredibly hot state by 5.
As usual, we were grilling meat (it usually takes 5-7 minutes, while a delicately golden brown crust forms), when suddenly there was a burning smell, and after turning on, three minutes passed. Raise the lid - the meat begins to char.
And then they started experimenting - they found that in all modes except 2, it stopped turning off after heating to a certain temperature, it just heats up and that's it.
At 2, it heats up for 5 minutes, then turns off for 6 minutes, but its temperature is much higher than usual.
My sandwich maker is almost 5 years old. Maybe in old age this happened to her, I don't know, but maybe someone has already encountered this?
We have untwisted it (there is no guarantee for a long time), there is nothing burnt or flooded inside. What happened?
zalina74
Obviously, the matter is in the thermal sensor - the auto shutdown does not work when the required temperature is reached ... It's a pity.
AlisaS

I found one of the ways to solve the problem - after all, you can independently turn on and off the device at regular intervals, without waiting for superheating.
In general, it worked!

You can put nuts, raisins, prunes in the wafer cells, in general, whatever you like.
Waffles can be covered with condensed milk, but most of all I liked the mix of sour cream, chopped prunes, black currant berries.

Well done! The slide is impressive. Can you share the recipe?
To facilitate work, you can put a breaker (switch) on the power cord - so as not to pull the plug back and forth or test the pilot's button.

Thank you!

I am making this recipe (I don't remember where I got it):
(for 4-5 waffles, that is, two or three baking cycles, for a larger quantity, respectively, I increase everything proportionally)
  • 100 g sour cream (I take 21% fat);
  • 3 eggs (I tried to put two, it also worked);
  • 10 table. tablespoons of flour;
  • sugar / salt to taste
  • vanillin, soda - on the tip of a knife;
  • filler in the dough / it is possible without it (grated pumpkin / cheese ...).

This is the main recipe, but sometimes I change something (for example, I forgot to buy sour cream, but kefir was at home, I also tried to bake it).
I tried carrots as a filler, but I didn't really like it - it burns, but I don't add the pumpkin just right. Raisins / nuts are also not added to the dough (I decided it was better to put them in the cells of ready-made waffles).
I make sour cream-prune-raisin cream for impregnating waffles (sour cream + sugar + chopped dried fruits + add frozen black currant berries) or a pumpkin-raisin layer (cut the pumpkin into small pieces, and then simmer with sugar until tender, add raisins).
In general, it all depends on the mood.
I wish you success!

No, I’m not pulling the plug. I just click a button on the Sven extension cord.
A miracle happened recently - she still overheats, but she began to turn off herself, even though this ...
but I still periodically turn her off, limit her ardent disposition.
