Natapit!
I already got into your second recipe. This one strained even more. I looked at the photo and decided that if I did ... well, I can do it ... BUT I WILL NOT GIVE ANYONE EATING !!! Such things need to be removed to the sideboard ...
And then I read that you are not a local ... So to speak, from the countries of decaying capitalism ... Well, what can I say ... Nicely, you rot there ...
natapit
Hairpin... Thank you ! if you remove the loud names and figure it out - polenta. this is the same hominy among the Moldovans. and the Ukrainians have kulish! keftedes are our cutlets. only tiny ones! I love to cook sooo. and I like to serve beautifully. and I myself am of Russian-Ukrainian origin. was born. n not far from Moscow in Obninsk. and from the age of 14 she lived in Ukraine in Chernivtsi. just now my husband and I live and work in Greece. but we will definitely return home to the children and mom!

sorry,: pardon: but in my opinion Nata, you meant kulish (such a stew), kulich is our paska

and kulish is cooked from millet, not corn

However, this is so, the digressions are lyrical.
I agree with Shpilya - I, too, would not give anyone such a thing, it’s big, very elegant, especially for a buffet table!
