Well ... I decided to make pies for the mushroom soup ... Since there are mushrooms in the soup ... I did it with fried potatoes and onions. The dough, of course, I made not one portion, but ... three ..., just for 36 pies ... pieces of about 25 grams were. rides - amazing. In general, I adore cottage cheese dough, but it's as easy as shelling pears. I rolled it thinly, the filling fits a lot, well ... and .... the filling was not enough ... I rubbed the Adyghe cheese with garlic and herbs, well, there were also 12 pieces of pasties ... (like) ... Very convenient dough ... I always put kefir, tossed cream, and sometimes margarine into the curd ... Oh, this dough is wonderful .. For an hour I put on some pies and cooked them and cooked the soup ...
Now we still need to do it as in the recipe ... with mushrooms

For an hour and pasted pies, fried, and cooked soup ...

Irin, you don't just need to put up a medal, you have blinded 48 pies, fried them, not counting the soup, and even dreams of sticking them. Hats off to you.
I also really liked the picture with the pies, but the liver somehow ached treacherously at the sight of the fried dough. Maybe try to bake such pies? But in general, I would very much like to see the dough on the cut (bite) ...
matroskin_kot
There is a photo of the one that was not bitten ... And the bitten one, you have to wait, because there are only those who are at work left ... I almost beat my hands, hid it ...
I put two cakes for my granddaughter, took them from below - colder, here they are some kind of crumpled slightly

Joy... and you fold the fried pies on kitchen paper. it will absorb excess oil. believe me. the dough is absolutely not fat and the liver does not suffer

matroskin_kot... pleased. that I liked the pies. try with mushroom filling

Well, today I made pies again, now with mushrooms ... But the cottage cheese let me down ... What they put in it is not clear ... The dough was liquid, I had to add flour, well, the taste came out altogether different, delicious .. but, if I hadn't eaten them yesterday, then maybe I wouldn't have been harmful ... The cottage cheese was from a different plant, the dough, of course, grew and bubbled in the pan, but the pies tasted slightly rubbery ... there is no airiness of yesterday. I fried 60 things, and the rest of the dough is in the refrigerator ... maybe it will improve overnight ...I did - at the rate of 720 g of cottage cheese, 6 eggs, and 600 g of flour - it was clearly not enough .... Now you need to take cottage cheese on the market, and from trusted sellers

Oh, I confirm, such pies are very tasty !!!! I've been doing very similar ones for 20 years, probably, here they are https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...option=com_smf&topic=2369... But something has become too lazy over the years. I do it with meat filling, but now I'll try with mushrooms, thanks.
matroskin_kot
So today I made 25 with meat and 35 with mushrooms ... The rest of the dough is in the refrigerator

Yeah, I definitely can't keep up with you, you've already managed to crackle with mushrooms. There's no cottage cheese right now, I'm sitting at the dacha, and you tease me and tease me And finally ... I'm losing weight here, like, taking advantage of the moment that one True, after eating an apple, do not pass by, I develop a brutal appetite ... poor refrigerator ... but I still lose weight
natapit
matroskin_kotYes. from cottage cheese. and in general. the final result depends entirely on the quality of the products! but good. what do you have with what to compare!

Nooo, I'm not capable of such feats. And to pass by such pies and not take a sample is simply impossible.
matroskin_kot
Well, I took a sample of four pieces ..... I'll go again ... And I, like, too ... I'm thinking of losing weight ...

And I made such pies, though they ate with a hodgepodge. Dump the head.
So now I'm losing weight on three diets, two are not full
Joy
Well, I'll have to fry - I also want to lose weight on these pies. But I don't have any mushrooms. I'll have to buy everything tomorrow.
matroskin_kot, Irin, the first time you took what kind of cottage cheese, crumbly, grains?
matroskin_kot
The first time, my son bought ... The cottage cheese is normal, not dry, but not smudged ... The grains are not tight., The dough was tender from it, it rolled easily and then it melted in the mouth ... Well, in a word, normal cottage cheese , without impurities ... only, behold, you shouldn't take a grainy one either ...

Natashik, I bring you a baaalsh thank you !!!

great! I like this: yahoo: glad!

I had a rustic, heavily frozen cottage cheese (I defrosted it beforehand, of course) ... Maybe that's why I had to add quite a lot of flour to the dough ... about 100 grams ... But the dough turned out to be what I needed, very tender, soft, sticky ... I sprinkled flour on the table and rolling pin, rolled out and molded perfectly, there was a lot of filling - a large deep frying pan, and still not enough ... The last ten pieces just spanked with my palm, it turned out donuts

Thank you Natasha!
natapit
thank you! smart and hostess !!!

Do not be surprised, today I will run and ask on all topics. is it possible to do this in advance. Since the pies, I understand, should be eagerly from the headlight, the question is this6:

Can you make them and freeze them? And then (March 8) take out and fry? (and here's another question, if you freeze, then immediately fry or let it defrost ???)

I think you can! you can freeze and ready-made, but it is better to fry before serving, but not defrosting !!! good luck!
