Curd casserole (simple)

Ingredients

cottage cheese 500 g
eggs 1-2 pcs
sugar 2 tbsp. l
vanilla sugar 1 pack
milk (if the curd is dry)
raisins handful

Cooking method

  • Rub cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar with a spoon in a large bowl, if it's dry, add milk. Rinse the raisins and add to the finished curd mixture. Grease the form with vegetable oil, transfer the curd mass to the form, level. Bake in the oven for 180 g for 50 minutes. I always bake in the mini oven.
  • Cool and eat with sour cream.
  • Add sugar to your taste.

Note

In the oven, the casserole increases more than 2 times
