Ingredients

Prunes 500 g
Black currant 200 g
Water 1 l
Granulated sugar 300 g
Vodka half liter

Cooking method

  • My prunes, add black currants, pour a liter of water and set to cook over low heat from the moment of boiling for 30 minutes. We leave the day to stand.
  • Then add 300 gr. granulated sugar, heat to a boil, but do not boil.
  • After complete cooling, add half a liter of vodka, stir it, transfer it to a glass container - best of all in a jar, close it with a polyethylene lid and put it in a cool dark place for two weeks. Then we filter, but do not wring out.
  • Ready!
