Orange juice cupcake

Ingredients

margarine 100 g
eggs 3 pcs.
sugar 1 tbsp.
flour 2 tbsp.
soda 1 tsp
Orange juice 0.5 tbsp.
vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • Mix margarine, eggs, sugar and orange juice with a blender, then stir in flour with soda and vanilla with a spoon. If desired, candied fruit or finely chopped toffee can be added to the cake. Grease the multicooker pan with oil and bake in the Baking mode. After 50 min. the cake is ready, although its top is pale, but if we leave it on the heating for an hour, then the top will brown too.
  • Of course, the cake can also be baked in the oven.
  • Have a nice tea!
