Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 500 g
Fresh yeast 20 g (or 11 g dry)
Milk 100 ml
Sugar 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Rast. butter 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar (for sweet pies) 8-10 g
Filling:
Apples like Antonovka (I had a sweet variety) 6 pcs
Sugar 150 g
Water 50 ml
Cream (22%) 200 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 1 tsp with a slide

Cooking method

  • The cake pan should be taken higher, otherwise the caramel may overflow during baking.
  • To cook yeast dough.
  • Dilute a bag (11 g) of instant yeast (20 g raw) in 50 ml of milk and add 50 g of sugar and flour each.
  • Let the dough rise.
  • Then we prepare the dough.
  • Two eggs, 50 g of water, 50 g of sugar, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, 0.5 tsp. salt, vanilla sugar. Add 450 g flour and dough. Knead the dough and let it come up warm. Humped up and go!

  • Caramel syrup.
  • Pour 50 ml of water into a saucepan, put 150 grams of sugar and put on medium heat, without stirring, until the sugar begins to darken.
