hello dear owners of SD 255 stoves

See SD 255 ( 🔗) I read:

Keeping the bread hot after the end of the program

looked through the instructions for the stove and did not find a description of how to do it. I'm going to give it to my parents, but they will definitely often need to "keep it hot after cooking" (because they often have a meal not at a specific tough time, but give or take).

question: Can the oven really keep the bread hot for a while? Or, as the instructions say, you need to take it out immediately? (and then, if it's already cold, into the microwave ??)

thanks in advance for the clarification.

Ranasonics keep the bread hot for another 3 hours after the end of the baking cycle, that is, after the signal sounded and the light began to blink, the bread can be in the oven for another 3 hours and remain hot and not damp - this function is automatic, you do not need to do anything - Ranas smart machine

Nikolay, and why should parents eat hot bread? Firstly, it is not recommended to cut bread even hot, and secondly, it is very harmful to the gastrointestinal tract. It is generally better to eat bread the next day after baking, but usually everyone waits for it to cool completely and then enjoy the taste. And the stove has such a function. It's just that after the baking program is over, the oven automatically switches to keeping the bread warm, but I don't remember how long, because I never use it and I am sure that your parents will not need it. I suspect that I am about the same age with your parents, believe me - this is a very good gift !!!

Tell me, does bread in Panas really not get damp when kept warm? I didn't get the bread on time at night, I slept, and its bottom is wet, although this mode is also provided in my oven.

It also dampens and deforms. I already wrote about this, but did not find my message. I do not recommend using this function, take out the bread immediately. It's my opinion.

For half an hour, forty minutes, the bread feels good, does not damp. Then - yes, it damp. This is convenient when you do not have time for the end of the program, you have a little time left.

This can be said not only about Panas, but probably about any hp ...

Your conclusions do not apply to my stove. Several times did not have time to go home by the end of baking. I took out the bread from the KhP when the time for keeping the bread warm (1 hour) was over - bread with an excellent crisp crust, but the crust is 1-2 mm thicker than usual. By the way, the instructions for my oven say to take out the bread 15 minutes after baking.
Now draw your conclusions.

All this is just a matter of time))

We are talking about the operation of the CP and the function of keeping the bread hot, and not about how much time must pass for the bread to become damp after the end of the operation of the CP.
