Fish pie

Ingredients

• Sour cream (100 g - dough; 200 g - pouring) - 300 g
Egg (fill) 4 things
• Flour (300 g - dough; 1 tbsp. L. - pouring) 320gr
Canned fish 1 can
Onions (medium; filling) 2 pcs
Baking dough (dough) 1 tsp
Margarine (dough) 100gr
Egg yolk (dough) 1 PC
Sugar (a pinch into the dough)
Salt (a pinch in the dough; a pinch in the filling)
Black pepper (in filling, to taste)
Greens (parsley, dill - in the fill, to taste)

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare the dough. Take 1 egg and separate the white from the yolk. We only need the yolk. Mix it with sugar and salt, add softened margarine, sour cream, and mix well. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder. We put the resulting dough in the refrigerator
  • 2. Prepare the filling. Peel the onions, finely chop and fry in a pan until golden brown. Mash canned fish with a fork and mix with fried onions
  • 3. Preparing the fill. Beat the eggs with a mixer or whisk, add sour cream, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, flour, and mix well.
  • 4. We take out the dough from the refrigerator. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker pan with butter. We spread the dough and distribute it so that the sides are obtained. We spread the filling. Distribute the fill evenly on top.
